Our Metabolic Strength Training (MST) Sessions are a type of Small Group Personal Training that uses strength training exercises and metabolic moves to get you lean and strong. Wether you have a lot of weight to lose or want to be shredded, this is the perfect training program for you.
Our program is proven to be at least 8 times more effective at burning fat compared to most exercise, so you have to ask yourself, “Do i want to work smarter, or work more?” Just 2 days a week of our program is more effective than 4 or 5 days a week on your own.
In short, if you only have a few hours a week to exercise and want to be lean, healthy and strong, our program is perfect for you.
