Fit Flavors 2018 Summer Menu Recommendations

We’re a big fan of Fit Flavors and their pre-made meals. For the first time, we thought we’d share our 2018 Summer Menu recommendations to everyone to get a preview of what Faster Fitness members get to experience on the reg 🙂

 

Select a meal plan by identifying your gender and goals below. Make sure to avoid foods with known food sensitivities.

 

Ladies – Fat Loss

Criteria – Calories: Protein: 20-40 g, Calories: 150-300

 

Ladies – Body Fat Maintenance and/or Add Muscle

Criteria – Calories: Protein: 25-45 g, Calories: 200-400

 

Dudes – Fat Loss

Criteria – Calories: Protein: 30-50 g, Calories: 250-450

 

Dudes – Body Fat Maintenance and/or Add Muscle

Criteria – Calories: Protein: 35-60 g, Calories: 350-600
