Personal Training

OUR PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS ARE IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO WANT EXTRA ACCOUNTABILITY

Although slightly more expensive than our Group Personal Training program, 1-on-1 personal training sessions are a great way to improve your fitness and overall health. For most people, these types of sessions are a fantastic opportunity to focus on perfecting your form and provide an extra layer of accountability that a group session may not provide.

What You Can Except

Faster Results

Whether your goal is to add muscle mass, lose body fat, improve your athletic performance or rehab an injury, our program will deliver faster results.

A Custom Program

We customize a training and flexibility program to help you reach any goal. Your program will be carefully designed by an internationally-certified strength coach through two organizations: PICP and CSCS.

Nutrition Coaching

We provide a custom nutrition plan and a weekly meal plan, making it easy to be consistent.

Accountability

We help you set goals and make sure you follow through.

Flexible Scheduling

We have a variety of 45-minute training sessions throughout the day.

We offer sessions most days at:

 

Mornings

  • 6:00 a.m.
  • 6:45 a.m.
  • 7:30 a.m.
  • 8:15 a.m.
  • 9:00 a.m.

 

Evenings

  • 4:15 p.m.
  • 5:00 p.m.
  • 5:45 p.m.
  • 6:30 p.m.

  • 2 Personal Training session per week
  • 2 additional Group PT sessions per week
