2018 Spring Transformation Challenge Results 😁

Summer is finally here! Like every summer, we have a race that we put together that helps the #FasterFam get right just in time for Memorial weekend.

We call it the Spring Transformation Challenge and we’re proud to say that 46% of the people who finished the challenge hit the goal to lose 3% body fat or more in just 6 weeks πŸ™‚

That is blazing fast results, and about twice as fast as what is generally considered fast results, but hey, that’s what we do!

There are many more pictures that are incredible, so congratulations to everyone who participated in the challenge, and special props to those of you who hit the goal!

So what did they do?

They committed to changing their nutrition to follow our proven challenge nutrition plan, along with training at least 3 sessions a week for the 6 week challenge.

But they understand that maintaining a weight training and metabolic conditioning routine and eating healthy is essential to KEEPING those results.

Every challenge is unique, and this one featured many more people who macro counted in MyFitnessPal or through some other method and it proved to be very successful. We look forward to expanding on that in the future to continue to provide latest, most effective fat loss strategies for the Fam.

Honestly, fat loss is pretty simple, but it’s not easy. So having a team of people to go through the journey with you makes it a lot more motivating. Having done this challenge with you all (and losing 6.1% Body Fat ✊), I can attest to the power of group motivation, so thank you all for your support!
