31 Jul How To Cook Steak The Right Way
Another Great Paleo Recipe
I love steak.
Like any red-blooded American male, it is my go to when I eat out, when I grill, hell, whenever I can get it.
However, really good cuts of steak (delmonicos, tenderloin, etc) are not so loving on the wallet, as eating Paleo can sometimes be.
Enter the Tri-tip.

An often overlooked cut of steak very similar to the ribeye, without the sting at the register.

My favorite way to prepare any steak is on the grill. As far as flavoring, I love Andria’s steak sauce. Every tablespoon has 2g of carbs so it meets our low carb requirements if used sparingly (meaning don’t pour the whole bottle on a steak)
These steaks are better medium-rare to rare.
Over medium heat, cook for about 5 minutes per side and you can pair it with a spinach salad or some pureed cauliflower in lieu of mashed potatoes.
There you have it. A beautifully prepared and delicious steak. Enjoy and stay lean!
