Sauteed Sweet Potatoes

Sauteed Sweet Potatoes

Looking for a creative way to get some high quality carbs in your diet?

Try sauteed sweet potatoes:

Grab a sweet potato and wash it thoroughly. (you can peel it if you really want to…)

Using your grater, pull downward over the largest holes you have.

At the same time, heat a skillet and introduce a teaspoon of some coconut oil. (if you don’t know about coconut oil yet, its time to get on the bandwagon…)

Saute them until they’re golden brown, top with some grass-fed butter and /or cinnamon and enjoy!

PS You can use these as fries with dinner, or as hashbrowns with breakfast. Very versatile and delicious
