22 Jan Injury Prevention Training
At Faster Fitness, we’re all about training to perform better, look better and reach your goals.
But if you’re not training smart, you can easily hurt yourself.
In fact, it’s estimated that 80% adults without back pain already have bulging disks, and up to 34% of all people have partially torn rotator cuffs, so we need to make sure we’re careful!
At Faster Fitness, we specialize in working with pre and rehab clients to get them back into normal training. There are specific assessments, progressions and benchmarks that clients must earn to be cleared to do certain lifts, but our proven system get them there asap.

Two vital parts to our skill in injury prevention and pre/rehab work is our studies on the topic. We all study feverishly learn the clinically best practices to prevent injuries.
Myself, I have several certifications and courses that I’ve attended that have helped establish our guidelines to making our programs as preventative to injuries as possible. These courses include: PICP (Poliquin International Certification Program, Level 2), NASM CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), Diagnosis Fitness course (taught by some of the best PT’s and strength coaches in the world), FMS (Functional Movement Systems Certified Level 2).
Also, we network with the best Chiropractors, Physical Therapist and specialist in St. Louis to get you out of rehab and onto feeling great as soon as possible.
So whether you have knee pain, back pain, shoulder pain or something else, we’d love the opportunity to show you how we can help.
