Our Metabolic Strength Training (MST) Sessions are a type of SmallGroup Personal Training that uses strength training exercises to get you lean and strong. Whether you have a lot of weight to lose or want to be shredded, we can help you reach your goals and look forward to your workouts.
Our program is proven to be at least 8 times more effective at burning fat compared to most exercise, so you have to ask yourself, “Do I want to work smarter, or work more?” Just 2 days a week of our program is more effective than 4 or 5 days a week on your own.
In short, if you only have a few hours a week to exercise and want to be lean, healthy and strong, our program is perfect for you.
How MetabolicStrengthTraining Works:
We start you out with a customized mobility routine to get you warmed up for your session.
The Group Personal Training sessions emphasizes complex movements such as squats, deadlifts, rows and presses to maximize your metabolism through strength training, and maximize fat burning with short, controlled rest periods.
Then we finish every session with conditioning challenges to give you a complete workout.
Our program provides you with every thing you need to be successful includingnutrition coaching, weekly meal plans, education and accountability, off day programming, travel programs and supplement protocols to expedite results and be lean.
Finally, we believe that by educating our members it will help them make a lifestyle change to keep them lean, so we will provide ample information to help you on your journey.
