One of the most effective and fun part of our training program is our Metabolic Conditioning. The 300 Challenge is a perfect example.
Metabolic Conditioning like this is amazing for losing body fat, improving heart health, endurance and getting in great shape.

The 300 Challenge
3 sets each
25 reps per set
The exercises: Air Squats, Jackknifes, KB Swings, Jump Rope
You’ll need a timer, mat, jump rope and a Kettlebell or Dumbell.
You should start the timer and complete all 300 reps as fast as possible. Once you complete this challenge, please post your times in the Facebook thread above!
