15 Aug Healthy Cookie Recipe
Who doesn’t love cookies? While they may be one of the yummiest foods on the planet, unfortunately, they’re a lot more calorie dense than people realize. Plus, who can only eat one cookie? After a few you can easily get 500-1000+ calories and negate the benefits of a couple workouts.
A few months ago, my wife Savanna was determined to find some healthy cookies.
After several batches, she’s refined her recipe to be the most delicious high protein, low calorie cookies that I’ve ever had.

Protein: 3.1
Carbs: 8.9 (About Half From Fiber)

Cooking Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl, use a mixer to blend the ingredients into cookie dough.
- Spray cooking spray on a baking sheet.
- Place the cookie dough on the baking sheet. Spread the dough out into 2 inch wide chunks so they’re evenly distributed with room between. Next, flatten them out to get the classic cookie shape.
- Place in the oven and cook for 12 minutes.
