Once you have the nutrition in check, interval training, like sprints,are the perfect compliment to metabolic resistance training. These will give you a solid metabolic foundation and make sure you lose fat permanently. Because whats the point in yo-yo-ing? Get lean, eat and train to feel great, and stay healthy and happy for the rest of your extended life.
