Training Tips and Sprint, At-Home and Travel Workouts

Sprint, At-Home and Travel Workouts – To be lean and athletic, you need to train consistently 3-4 days a week with good effort. This guide provides over 25 workouts that will help you maintain that frequency when you can’t be at Faster Fitness.[/vc_column_text]


[vc_column_text]At Faster Fitness, we believe that nutritionally supporting your goals is the only way to help you get lean and fit. There are several elements to our nutrition program:

Nutrition 101 Guide – This guide is the educational foundation of our program that explains how food affects us, how many calories we should take in, and set the stage for simple adherence. It explains our meal plans and weekly recipes we provide too. Start by reading this program. You can access it by finding the link at the bottom of your weekly meal plan email.

Meal Plans – Every Thursday at noon we will provide meal plans at different calorie levels that you’ll select based on your goals. The email will guide you to help make the right selection.

Accountability – We offer a monthly body fat test with our InBody body fat analysis machine to gauge your adherence. If you’re progressing in the right direction, then you’re doing great! If not, then we most likely have room for improvement. Tests more frequently are just $10.

Challenges – For the highest level of accountability, we offer transformation challenges three times a year (starting in January, April and October) where the goal is the lose 3% body fat in just 6 weeks. The cost for members is just $79. In the challenge you’ll get a daily checkin, bi-weekly body fat testing, group motivation and incentive to win your money back if you hit the goal :)[/vc_column_text]


[vc_column_text]Mobility is having good posture and full range of motion at all joints and muscles. It’s essential to preventing injuries and getting the most out of your training.

We run complimentary Mobility Challenges twice a year for members, but you can access the routines at any time: FF Mobility Routine

Stress Management

[vc_column_text]Improving your ability to handle stress is vital to reaching your goals and having a healthy happy life.

The most important factor is getting quality, consistent, sleep (8 plus hours a night). Many need Melatonin, ear plugs and maybe an eye mask to achieve this.

Next, we’ve found Meditation to be incredible for improving focus, happiness and your ability to handle stress better. We love the app Headspace for guided meditation. It’s like having a coach give you tips each day on how to meditate and apply mindfulness to different areas of your life. Plus, the accountability will help you get in the habit of regular meditation.[/vc_column_text]
